Ranger Design, a designer and manufacturer of commercial van storage systems, needed a new onboarding video to help acclimatize new hires.
WORKFLOW
We mapped out the goals of the videos with the Human Resources team, then moved into writing the shooting script by interviewing several team members. We filmed with two crews to capture action and interviews at their Montreal plant. Three edit phases with ongoing feedback from the Ranger Design management team achieved their video goal!
