Mikana was seeking to create a dynamic onboarding video to help introduce ‘Ambassadors’ to their new role in this Indigenous non-profit organization. Mikana was using an on-boarding booklet but wanted to supplement that written info with a friendly, comprehensive video.
WORKFLOW
We met with Mikana team members to fully understand the organization’s needs and mission. Then we drafted a shooting outline and filming script incorporating their feedback. We helped coordinate a filming location and then filmed the interviews and a Mikana workshop over 1 ½ days. The final video, excerpted here, was also re-edited into social media and promotional versions to make it an even more useful video tool.
