Vortex Aquatic Structures International created four new state-of-the-art splash pads for the city of Châteauguay, and had us document the construction process of one from start to finish.
WORKFLOW
Using a cherry picker, we installed a solar powered camera to capture time lapse footage at the splash pad at the beginning of the construction period. The time lapse camera collected footage for six weeks while a ground level filming crew returned at weekly intervals to document the building and installation process. When the installation was complete, we chose a hot summer day to capture park goers thoroughly enjoying the finished water park in daylight and at dusk to capture the park’s spectacular lighting.
The finished video is a creative documentation of the construction and installation processes and the beautiful end results!
