Synopsis
The Canadian Museum of Nature in Ottawa already had 20+ hours of amateur and professionally shot footage filmed over 5 years documenting the start of their $250 000 000 rebuild. But as they neared the end of the construction process, they realized they had a pile of tapes and no story. We won an RFP to direct filming on the final year’s construction, write a script, and edit the story in English and French in both 20 and 45 minute versions. The final films played as the inaugural film in the Museum’s HD theatre for 6 months and was broadcast on Discovery HD.
