Automobility, Canada’s largest automotive electronics distributor, needed a fun promotional video for “Look-It”, an easy to install wireless rear vision system that turns a Smart Phone into a back-up camera.
We worked with their marketing and engineering team to fully understand the product and its features before creating a script and storyboard. Then we moved onto casting the actors, scouting the perfect filming locations, and sourcing a suitable car to represent the product’s target market. When it was time for filming with both ground and drone cameras, the engineering team provided us with a working prototype of the product and a beta version of the mobile app. Editing with three client feedback stages happened over a month to produce the final English and French versions.
